Mr. Blady was a founding partner of Appleton Blady & Magnanimo located on the West side of Los Angeles.  Mr. Blady is  a 1989 graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics/Business, and a 1992 graduate of Loyola Law School.  Mr. Blady is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, and the California Employment Lawyers Association. 

Mr. Blady began his legal career clerking as an attorney for the Los Angeles Superior Court, including Judge Daniel Curry and Judge Fredrick Lower, Jr. Since 1994, Mr. Blady has focused his practice on employment and business litigation. Mr. Blady has represented clients in individual employee, collective action, and representative and class action litigation. He has practiced at the national law firm of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., as well as Goldstein, Kennedy & Petito, and Gartner & Young. Mr. Blady has successfully litigated numerous cases to judgment on behalf of his clients. He has also given seminars on civil litigation, wage and hour law, and wrongful termination.

Mr. Blady is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court's Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation panels. Mr. Blady is a member of the California State Bar and is licensed to practice before the courts of California; the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, Southern Districts of California; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Judicial Circuit.  Mr. Blady is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Labor and Employment Law and Business Law sections of the State Bar of California.

Marnin Weinreb was a founding member for Waxler Carner Weinreb.  He has practiced in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith law, professional liability, business law and complex civil litigation. He has handled cases involving legal and medical malpractice, lender liability, agent and broker liability, personal injury, construction defects and general business disputes. His insurance expertise includes the area of professional liability; life, health and disability; automobile; and general liability. Mr. Weinreb handles all of the coverage and extra-contractual matters for a large automobile insurance program in California. He has significant experience in resolving coverage disputes through declaratory relief actions and rescission.

Mr. Weinreb is a member of Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has participated as a speaker in seminars relating to insurance coverage matters primarily focused on the good faith claims handling practices for personal lines insurers.

Mr. Weinreb has been a member of the California Bar since 1992. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Business from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola School of Law, Los Angeles in 1992.
